On April 10th, China State Shipbuilding Corporation's Beihai Shipyard, in collaboration with 中国船舶工业贸易有限公司, successfully delivered the 13th 210,000-ton bulk carrier, "MINERAL SUOMI," to Belgium's CMB.TECH. This milestone further strengthens their partnership.

The delivery ceremony was attended by Mr. Thomas De Graef Technical Manager of CMB.TECH, Mr. Zhou Yinghui, Manager of 中国船舶工业贸易有限公司, and Mr. Wang Shenghua, Deputy Director of Beihai Shipyard's Operations Department.

Designed by China Ship Design & Research Center, the vessel boasts impressive specifications: nearly 300 meters in length, 50 meters in width, and 25.2 meters in depth. It is classified under Lloyd's Register (LR). Sea trials revealed that its speed, fuel consumption, and maneuverability exceeded contractual requirements, meeting IMO Tier III emission standards. The ship received high praise from CMB.TECH for its performance.
